Upgrade pricing for registered VCDS-Lite (VAG-COM) users If we cannot verify that you qualify for the upgrade program you’ve selected, or cannot match your billing information with a registered users account, we will contact you via e-mail to request further information. If you have a Ross-Tech KEY/KII, MicroCAN or HEX series interface, you do not qualify for this upgrade. (Not for KEY/KII, MicroCAN or HEX interface owners) This upgrade program is for registered VCDS-Lite and VAG-COM users who currently are using a 3rd-party interface* which is not eligible for one of our other interface trade-in programs, or for users of non-dongle interfaces who wish to keep their old interface but want to transfer their license to a dongle style interface.
